A Dangerous Son focuses on three families each struggling with a child’s severe mental illness, desperately seeking treatment in the face of limited resources and support.

This was the first documentary directed by Liz Garbus that Daniel worked on. As an assistant editor, he prepared the dailies and helped assemble scenes based on producer notes.
